Gluten Free Banana Bread
I mix up my gluten free flours, 1 cup white rice, 1/4 cup almond meal, 1/2 cup ground oats, 1/4 cup flaxseed flour......I add 1 TBL molasses and cut the turbinado to 1/4 cup. The result is a rich tasty great textured bread.

Cauliflower-Cheese Soup
the dairy can be eliminated by doubling the cauliflower and food processing 1/2 of it to make this thick and creamy

Date Filled Cookie Bars
my oven might be off, but they needed another 12-15 minutes of cooking time.... I noticed there is no egg, and that may be why...all in all happy to have another recipe easily converted to a gluten-free dessert...I subbed the flour, combined rice, almond and gluten free flour....I always add a TBL of molasses to remove the aftertaste of the sourghum---it works every time!
