Irish Lamb Stew

The was my first time making wings, they looked spectacular! and the taste? well, i had to beat the kids off to save some for my husband. I didn't have the molasses so i omitted it and increased the chili sauce accordingly. I put them under the broiler for about 5 mins at the end of the cooking time. Almost too beautiful to eat!

Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup

Very savory. I used a tbsp of heavy whipping cream and about a c. of lowfat milk because thats what i had on hand. I skipped the flour, as it was quite thick enough. Also, being a non-pork eater, instead of bacon i cooked the onions in 2tbsp of butter with delicious results! Thanks for sharing a delectable recipe.

Baked Ziti IV

I halved this recipe with great results. I didn't cover the dish, but i did ensure that the top layer of noodles were completely smothered in sauce so the noodles wouldn't dry out. Because we do not eat pork products and i substituted the sausage with cracker barrel beef sausage, the kind you see at the holidays with cheese and crackers. I sliced off 1/4 pound and ground it in the food processor then fried per recipe instructions. No leftovers, delicious.

French Baguettes

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! I used 1c. all purpose flour and 1 1/2 c. bread flour. I made three small loaves then braided them together. Visually appealing and very tasty. Did I mention this recipe is awesome?!

Moroccan Lentil Soup

Upon sampling this soup, my morrocan husband stated, "something is in there that doesn't belong in there." When i rattled off the list of spices he said the Garam Marsala didn't belong, although he stated it was good. For an authentic morrocan taste, substitute "Rus Al Hanoot" for the Garam Marsala. GM is a blend of indian spices, while Rus Al Hanoot is a blend of morrocan spices.

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

My family enjoyed this. I was looking for something to do with some steaks and came across this recipe, I didn't have time to do the all day marinade, maybe 30 minutes. I pierced the meat with a fork to let the juices get in and rubbed it. It was terrific.

Outstanding. I halved the recipe and used chocolate pudding...it made a very rich chocolate chip cookie...i can't wait to try it with vanilla or white chocolate pudding. Thanks for sharing!

Chocolate Eclair Cake

This was so easy and very good! I halved the recipe and I didn't have whipped topping so I added 1/2 of a 1/2 pint of whipping cream to the milk mixture and whipped it until the right consistency. Also, instead of putting a top layer of cracker ... I finished it off with one crumbled cracker. This will be made again!

The Most Incredible Pancake Bites Ever

Ok Jeff, these are realllly goood. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars was because the liquid portion is off. I halved the recipe and I had to add a lot more soy milk than called for to get to a consistency that was workable. Without this modification my batter was like cookie dough. I didn't have the vanilla powdered creamer but suppose it was accomodated for in the soy milk which was vanilla flavored. Thank you Jeff, I will definately make these again, perhaps trying a little cardamom
