Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: May 16, 2011
I did what some of the others suggested and added 1 1/2 cups of raisins (what is an oatmeal cookie without the raisins?). I also did the 1tsp of cinnamon and the 1/2tsp of cloves. Basically these are some of the best oatmeal cookies I've ever had! Yumm-o!

Baked Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2011
I enjoyed this one...I actually ended up using some paprika and a small jar of chunky salsa to give it a little more spice and it turned out great. I'm definitely making this one again!

Fluffy Pancakes

Yummy...I was skeptical about the vinegar at first but these turned out to be some of the yummiest pancakes I've ever had. Changing over from my old recipe to this one permanently now! :)

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2010
Yum, yum... This is my first time making this recipe and I must say it has been one of the best meatloaf recipes I've tried. I did put a little sweet and spicy sauce in with the sauce mixture which added a little tang. Other than that I just doubled the recipe and used my Pampered Chef 4-Loaf Stoneware cooking it for 50 minutes and it turned out yummy. Everyone loved it! I will definitely make this one again!

Malaysian Mango Chicken Curry

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
Shazam! I just got done with this dish and it was delish. I didn't do it in the skillet but instead in a pressure cooker (I just got one last week and love it). The chicken came out wonderfully, the mango and curry played off of each other very well and the overall taste was awesome. Definitely on my list of make again! Maybe even next time for more than just me and the wifey...

Apple Butter Pork Loin

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2010
I looked at the feedback from others in the comment section. What I did is changed to an hour at 325 degrees, added the apple butter mixture like regular, and cooked another 2 hours at 300 degrees. It cooked through just fine but, sadly, was a little dry. I think if I start out at 300 degrees, then add the mixture, and cut back to maybe 250-275 degrees for the next two hours it might turn out just right.

Szechwan Shrimp

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2010
Eating it up right now. Cooked up some brown rice and user #91 shrimp (about .75lb). While making up the sauce I couldn't help myself from eating about 4-5 shrimp before they hit the rice! Yumm-O!

Groovie Smoothie

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2010
Came out nice and smooth. I would probably follow what others did and freeze the bananas as well. Other than that I used Almond Milk to lower the calories a bit and I also added a little flax oil for some Omega-3. Tastes yummy!

Made this the other week, as is, and it came out wonderfully in my cast-iron skillet! I even made a video of it as it steamed and looked delicious!
