Shrimp Etouffee II
used substitute for cream of chicken 1 1/4 cups low sodium chicken broth 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder

Espresso Bark
I reduced the amount of espresso beans and added halved almonds to come to a total of 3/4th cup total between the 2. I also drizzled white chocolate on top. It was a hit at work and with family!!

Decorator Frosting
This is my first time making homemade icing. This recipe was easy and tasted great. It seemed a little more runny than the store bought icing, but I just chilled it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to firm it up before decorating cookies. I made about 40 cookies and had more than enough icing left over. The only drawback is that it's way too sweet. I like it, but my husband and kids usually can't eat a whole cupcake b/c it's too rich.
