Delicious! I used drums instead of thighs, and yukon golds instead of red potatoes. I also added some different seasonings to my tastes. But all in all, my favorite part of this was the potatoes! They were so delicious, and soaked up the flavor of the chicken wonderfully. I will definitely be making this again!
