Extreme Chocolate Cake
My cake turned out super moist and amazing. It's my favorite from-scratch cake recipe. I substituted the boiling water with coffee, and put it in a glass 13x9 at 300 for an hour, and added a good amount of mint extract in the mix to give it a chocolate minty flavor. I'm going to be using this much much much more.

Classic Tiramisu
Make sure that you added the yolk mixutre to the marscapone first!! I accidentally added the warm yolk mixture to the whipped cream and totally killed it. I used amaretto instead of coffee liqueur, and added some of the amaretto into the cream filling as well. Since I wasn't going to eat it immediately, I froze it instead of refrigerating it, and the tiramisu-ice cream was great!

Cheeseburger Soup I
I loved this recipe!! To make this a healthier recipe I used ground turkey, added some broccoli and tomatoes, and cut out the potatoes entirely. I also added some pepper. Based on some of the other reviews, I also used 8 slices of velvetta cheese. It still tasted great!
