we loved these. however I served them with a siracha ranch dipping sauce I whipped up. they were delicious with the dipping sauce. I put them in marinate in the morning and grilled them later in the evening. I also left out the salt.

Spicy Chipotle Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2014
I was looking for a recipe for grilled shrimp that used Chipolte. This recipe is outstanding. Everyone loved it. If I had more they would have eaten it. Be sure to serve with lemon wedges for an unforgettable meal.

Easy Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2014
I must say this was delicious! My Husband and son loved it. I marinated it for two days and grilled it. The only thing I did different was to add about five cloves of garlic, because I add more garlic to every recipe. Also I had plain Dijon mustard so I added a tablespoon of brown sugar for sweetness. It was tender and juicy. I will use it again.

Easy Chicken and Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2013
Amazing recipe. One change was to cook five slices of chopped bacon in the pot and use some bacon drippings along with less butter to saute the veggies. And I used 2% Milk instead of half and half. Topped the soup bowls with cooked bacon when served. The family loved this chowder!

Sausage Egg Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2013
This was pretty bland, I did not care for it at all. My family ate it without any comment, they usually let me know when they like something. The texture was weird, and I even left out the flour mixture as some had suggested.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2013
Tried this recipe tonight and we loved it! My husband and son said it was delicious. I followed recipe exactly ,I had no onion powder or celery salt so I used garlic powder and added smoked paprika for color. I will make it again. The thing I loved about it was that is was quick and easy, yet tasted so elegant and was beautiful. I would add Paprika for the color.

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2013
I make this often, my family loves it. I do it a bit differently. I salt and pepper the chicken breast after flattening and skip the bread crumbs. I use a non stick pan and a few drops of olive oil. I use half the butter and two limes, and two chopped green onions and dill.

Fruit Pizza II

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2013
I haven't made fruit pizza in years so I followed this recipe and it was very good, just as I remembered. I didn't use the glaze, I always melted Orange Marmalade in the microwave a few seconds till it was melted then drizzle it over the fruit. Really delicious. You can use any jam of your choice.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2012
The best sauce we have ever had! I will never buy sauce in a jar again. My 13 year old son raved about it. he is the spaghetti expert in the house. Of course I know a good sauce. Will use it for Lasagna, my eggplant, Ravioli , everything. Only think I added was a bay leaf , a pinch or two of chili flakes, dried Basil, and a few extra cloves of garlic. Simmered for 30 min.
