Ameilia's Italian Stuffed Olives
I just finished making these for family who hadn't had them in a long time and they were great. Instead of mincing meat, run the meat through a grinder. The review who mentioned that she never heard of them must understand that this is a micro-regional dish from Ascoli Picena. It is a lot of work, but for special occasions worth it.

Spinach Quiche
This was delicious. I used less butter and substituted shredded swiss for cheddar. Be careful not to fill with the spinach mixture or you won't have enough room for eggs to swim around.

Greek Lemon Cake
This is a very heavy and sweet cake and too much to keep around the house. I gave half to neighbors.
