Zucchini Boats on the Grill

This was a great recipe. A little time consuming but very much worth it. I did not cook the zucchini boat shells before stuffing. I slow grilled them a little longer to get those shells soft.

Hash Brown Egg Bake

Perfect as written. I did some substitutions also and they turned out great. Just a tip--DON'T overbake. Even if you are tempted, take it out of the oven!

Overnight Coffee Cake

Perfect exactly as written. I had to use 2T of cinnamon instead of nutmeg, and more cinnamon in the topping. It was a wonderfully, fast breakfast treat.

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Perfect just as is and not vey sweet. Pork does not have to be overcooked to be safe. Use a digital internal thermometer until it reaches about 140 degrees. The meat will be perfect. This stuffing was fair, but dry. I had to use extra broth. The best was some leftover stuffing from Thanksgiving that I had in the freezer.

Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Bake

Very great place to start. Mine ended up different but this is where the idea came from. I I only used the chicken and broccoli, and made my own cream sauce with mushrooms in place of the soups. I baked it for just over an hour because my chicken was partially frozen, and then topped it with the cheese and bread crumbs for about 10 omre minutes. I used no additional seasongings. Excellent.

Perfect Turkey

This was superb, easy and filling without being heavy. I used elbow macaroni and for half of the beans I had to substitute white hominy because I didn't have enough cannellini beans. The second time I substituted all canned diced tomatoes and twice as much red pepper flakes. Perfect
