This recipe is simple and extremely tasty. I added a handful of mini bell pepper rings in different colors and it was fascinating.

Perfect Turkey

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2011
I have brined my turkey for years. This just confirms how much more tender and juicy it can be. I use the seasonings in extra melted butter for basting every hour!

Kelli's Fried Green Zucchini

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2011
This is a little time consuming because the zuchinni has to be fried one layer at a time, but it is worth it. Very crispy and tasty.

A really good little side dish so you don't just have frozen peas. Quick and easy.

Pork Tenderloin with Stuffing

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2011
It was a good place to start, but the cooking time would have made it too dry. I used toothpicks to hold it together.

Artichokes

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2011
Good place to start, but very bland. I added lemons to the water, which nearly had to be tripled in amount, and it took over an hour to steam 4 large artichokes. I made a sauteed garlic, lemon, butter mixture to dip the leaves in, which everyone also used for their baked potatoes!

Lazy Bruschetta

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2011
The recipe's ingredients are terribly out of proportion. A lot needs to be done to fix it, but it is a place to start.

Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2011
I had extememly thin asparagus, but it still took longer to bake to be tender-crisp. I ended up adding a couple tablespoons of water to the pan because it was starting to look brown and stick.

I didn't have any Old Bay so I used some Cajun seasoning and a little bit of butter with the olive oil. I was very good.

Thighs on Rice

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2011
Very greasy and fatty. If the butter in the rice was eliminated, the fat from the chicken thighs would have been enough. Cooking time was right. I sprinkled some dried oregano over top just for some extra flavor and looks.
