Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

my new go to recipe for cc cookies! I needed a little more oven time simply because my dough was chilled from the day before but otherwise wouldn't change a thing!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Have made several times for large parties, always the first dessert gone! A little labor intensive but well worth it. I follow directions exactly. Still have a little trouble with the top cracking but I think that must be my technique. Highly recommend

Clams Italiano

Restaurant quality recipe. Flavor is unbelievable. Definitely a favorite of mine but My only problem (and it has nothing to do with the recipe) is that no matter how much I seem to clean the clams I get sand! Any suggestions from anyone?

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Wasn't a potato fan growing up much to the dismay of my family. Tried this recipe to try to meet their potato cravings......they love it and so do I! Never a left over. I like the baby new red potatoes personally. Definitely a keeper

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

I've made this recipe mulitple times and the only change I make is swapping out the spinach for a mixed baby field greens (from Sams club). No other changes. Whatever greens you use, it's phenomenal! Made a double batch last night to take to a banquet and both bowls were gone in minutes way before the conventional salads! Perfect for pot lucks, easy to assemble at site. Highly recommend, try it, you will NOT be sorry!

Easy Granola Bars

I made these for my daughter who is a cross country runner and eats a lot of bars for snacks. Trying to get away from the unhealthy fats and sugars added to store bought products....one word...amazing! I too added my favorites from my cupboard and they turned out irresistible. You can't go wrong, just stick with the proportions and you're good to go! I'll make them again for her definitely but someone needs to hide them from me!

Greek Traditional Turkey with Chestnut and Pine Nut Stuffing

I made this stuffing recipe this year to impress my Greek inlaws since this was the first time they came to my house for Thanksgiving in 22 years! They loved it! The only change I made was adding a dash of cinnamon because I always remember my mother in law's stuffing having a hint of cinnamon. I thought it was a nice addition.

Orange Turkey Brine

i used this recipe on a grocery store brand of 13# turkey that I paid $3.27 for! The turkey was moist and had a delicous flavor. I only brined it for 14 hours because I started late. I'll never hesitate again to purchase a "store brand" turkey knowing that brining really works!

Allie's Delicious Macaroni and Cheese

I made this recipe for pasta night for my daughters track team. I needed something quick and easy to have ready when 19 girls arrived! I followed the recipe to the letter. There wasn't a bite left when they were done (I did double the recipe) and they have all requested that it be sent for tonights pasta night at somebody elses house!
