Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
Taste is somewhat plain. Maybe a little more seasoning would help. Also sauteed some onions & green peppers to put on top of the sandwiches, and that helped a lot.

Banana Cupcakes
Cupcakes are very good, but expect to spend a lot more time making them than the recipe calls for. These are also more like muffins than cupcakes. But they do taste good.

Mama Corleone's Sausage and Peppers
It was okay, but awful plain. Pasta was kind of dry. Needs a little sauce or oil.
