Spinach Muenster Quiche
This was DELICIOUS. I used about half the spinach, added an egg, and reduced the cheese down to around 10oz. I also threw in some fresh sautéed mushrooms. So I did make some modifications, but the base recipe is glorious!

Banana Banana Bread
I wish I had read the suggestions before starting this recipe, but overall it was still good mainly as-is. It's definitely a good not-too-sweet recipe, which I like better than the really sugary and nutty banana breads. I do think it would have been better with more spices; I added a bit of cinnamon and looking at what the other reviewers suggested, I think I should have gone with my gut and tossed in some more spices. But it's an excellent base recipe to use when experimenting, and it was very moist. I made muffins with half and a pie plate of bread with the other half and it all came out very nicely.

Salisbury Steak
I made this and made a few of the suggested changes: added sauteed onions and mushrooms to the gravy; browned on the stove and then baked for the rest of the time; doubled the gravy except the ketchup and added cream of mushroom soup (around one can). I used the Lipton Beef Onion soup instead of French onion (only because it's all I had at the time). They were delicious and were great as leftovers too. I'll be using this (modified) recipe as my go-to for salisbury steaks going forward. Who knew they were this easy?
