Picante Chicken

This is definetly more of my husbands kind of dish. I thought it was pretty good. We cut it into tiny pieces add some cheese & put it in a tortilla.

I really liked thje fact that this uses tomato sauce & not tomatoes because I do not like chunks of cooked tomatoes. I used a medium heat picante sauce (I prefer hot, but I was making it for a few people and didn't want to overwhlem them). I also doubled the recipe, and ran out of chili seasoning, so I substituted the remaining qty with just regular chili powder, and it seemed to work just fine.

Yummy! I forgot to do it the night before, so instead of sticking in the fridge overnight, I just threw it in the freezer for about 2 hours.

Easiest Pot Roast Ever

Tastes good. Added pepper & garlic to top of meat Need to add more veggies next time, we had a lot of meat left over, but not many veggies.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

YUMM 2 people made peanut butter pies for Easter, and I have to say I definetly enjoyed mine more. You can taste the peanut butter without it being overly overwehelming. It was light and tasty. I used an Oreo crust with Oreos on top, YUMM, will be making it again!!!

Three Berry Pie

I did not taste this, but my husband said it was awesome. I used frozen fruit, and twice as much corn starch as the recipe said. I made it the night before, so it had plenty of time to sit and firm up.

Didn't marinade it long enough.......so I don't know if thats why it was a little bland (didn't have enough time), but overall it was pretty good though.

Cherry Cheesecake

I only had 1/6 a cup of lemon juice......yeah.......should have went and bought more, it did not set right and was very runny. But that aside, I didn't like the taste (don't think the lemon juice would have helped with that). I'll probably be looking for a new recipe for Cheesecake.

Amazing Chicken

Loved this! I know we changed a few things, but I forgot exactly what (made it a couple of weeks ago), but it's definetly a great starting recipe. The left overs however weren't as good, should have just finished eating it when it was fresh.

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

Awesome! We had to cook it for 45 minutes, and we added a little of Tastefully Simples Onion Onion and Garlic Garlic to the top. It was so moist and so tasty, and I don't normally like pork.
