Peppered Shrimp Alfredo
This is my go to recipe for company. It is delicious, presents well and doesn't have a lot of complicated juggling at the end, which is the worst thing in the world when you are stressed out trying to get everything on the table for guests. Thanks so much for making me look good with your great recipe!

Juicy Butt Steaks
I first made this when we were staying in a vacation condo and I didn't have access to my spice cabinet. I had brought the staple condiments along so I had ketchup and garlic powder on hand and, though I admit to being skeptical, this turned out SO, SO good! The ketchup transformed into a sweet, oniony tomato sauce/glaze sometime during it's journey in the skillet and was fabulous on rice and also, I discovered later, mashed potatoes. So easy, so inexpensive, so delish! I'm loving all the slow cooker hints and will definitely give it a try. Thanks for sharing Melissa!

Orange Buttermilk Salad
We really enjoyed this! I added a can of drained mandarins as suggested by reviewers and used Splenda instead of sugar. After it was completely set, we put it in the freezer until it was really firm (but not completely frozen and hard)---it was sooo good that way. Will definitely make again and will continue to keep it in the freezer and take it out an hour or so ahead to let it thaw somewhat before serving. Thanks so much for this tasty, low cal dessert.
