Jalapeno Chicken II

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2013
Wow, incredible!! I told my husband as I was bacon wrapping the chicken and poking toothpicks through that I wasn't sure if it would be worth the effort. I was so wrong! I have to make this for guests now, I don't care how much time it takes. It's that delicious. Thanks for the awesome recipe!!

Big Al's Chicken

Fantastic!! My husband said this is possibly the best chicken he's ever had! I wasn't sure about the vinegary smell, but once it's grilled it creates a great flavor. Yum! I didn't have egg substitute so I just blended in an egg. Thank you for an amazing recipe!

Tater Tot Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2013
I've been making a variation of this for a few years now, we use a can of cream of celery soup along with the mushroom soup and mix about half a cup of shredded cheese in with it, sprinkling more cheese on top of the tater tots. Yummy comfort food!!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Yum!! Cooked the chicken with garlic and onion powder, thyme, oregano and salt of course. Also made it with cream of chicken and herbs soup as another reviewer suggested. Topped with panko bread crumbs. Was great as leftovers for lunch today.

Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2012
Probably the best soup I've ever had. I used already cooked Ekrich smoked sausage which I split and put in the broiler for about 7 minutes to crisp. Also used way more broth than called for, swanson's.

Chef John's Caramel Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2012
Oh wow, this was fantastic!! I'm eating, no, savoring the leftovers for lunch right now. I used oyster sauce instead of fish and regular brown sugar vs. dark. I skipped the green onions and added red pepper flakes, used minced garlic instead of cloves and ground ginger instead of fresh. Served with the Easy Bok Choy recipe from this site and white rice. This is a definite keeper, thanks Chef John!!!!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
Wow, this was way better than I was expecting, and I was expecting it to be delicious. I couldn't stop eating little pieces of meat after dinner, it made me quite carnivorous. Here's what we did: Boston Pork Butt (paid $4.60) Thawed in Fridge overnight (ours was frozen) Put in slow cooker on low Covered with 1 can of beef broth and 1 cup of water that I dissolved 2 beef bouillon cubes in with a spoonful of jarred minced garlic. I put it in right before work and DH shred it with a fork at 4:30 (9 hours). The 20-30 minutes in the oven is like the icing on the cake, makes it crispy around the edges. Don't skip that part. Thanks the the person who submitted this original recipe, it's awesome!!!
