Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Wish I could make it 10 stars!! This recipe tales TIME..to cook, don't rush it! Slice your beef about 1/2 hr before you want to serve it and return it to juice. Wow!!! But wait, the next day take the leftover juice with bits of beef and make French onion soup with it. Serve over the leftover french bread in a bowl with cheese and slip it under the broiler for a minute. The BEST!!

Triple Strawberry Cake

This is a very light cake. Wonderful for summer. BUT!! The water amount are off. Use 2 cups of water for Jello and all will be well. 4 cups will never, ever jell right. Easy and quick to make!!

Corned Beef and Cabbage I

Very good, cooked corned beef in beef broth. Just before serving I remove the beef and put it in another dish and spread with mix of brown sugar and mustard. Spread that over meat and broil for a minute. Then slice and serve. My family loved it.

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

Talk about easy! Made this for my early St. Pat's day dinner. Popped it in the oven with the corned beef that was already cooking. Can't wait to try it toasted today at my coffee break! Thanks Karin!

Chicken Enchiladas II

I was in a big hurry to make this last night. I mixed up the soup stuff with frozen chopped onions and added a can of Rotel. Followed the directions and filled tortillas. Topped with the sauce and chopped black and green olives with the cheese. Very nice presentation.

This is a great side dish! Makes a nice amount with leftovers. Lucky me! So very easy to make. I did use fresh basil, but otherwise followed this to a 'T'!

Colorful Corn Chowder

Great soup, make a nice amount too. Followed recipe except for adding more frozen corn and one can of creamed corn. I did use what Emeril calls his 'boat motor' to mix it a little at the end. I would serve this soup again, family loved it except for youngest son. Great recipe Margo!

Beer Butt Chicken

My family loved this. Followed recipe and found it very easy. Chicken is so moist. I had a 5 lb. one and it was done in 2 hours in the oven. Will make again for sure. Can't wait to use the grill when the snow melts and we can find it! Thanks Barrie

Spicy Orange Beef

Family really liked this. I followed the directions for ingredients. I did stir-fry the beef in the morning and then added that to everything else except the cornstarch. That night I added the cornstarch and quickly heated it up and served it over rice I had also made earlier. Was ready to eat in under five minutes! Faster than driving for take-out! Served with Broccoli and French bread.

This makes a nice Sunday dinner. Very easy also. I grilled the chicken and then assembled the already prepared ingredients and broiled it for a few minutes. Very good!

Better Than Sex Cake II

WOW! What a great cake, and so easy. I made 2 so I would not waste the extra ingredients. Followed the recipe exactly. My guests loved it. Very light really, the Heath Bar crumbs on top really make it wonderful!

Cajun Seafood Pasta

This dinner is restaurant quality. I did add mushrooms(cooked first in butter) and slivered sweet red peppers. I omitted the shrimp. It wasn't hot enough for me, so I added more red pepper. This is a fantastic recipe. Thanks!!!

Egg and Sausage Casserole

Made this for Thanksgiving breakfast. Served 6 very nicely. Mixed eggs and cheese the night before, and cooked sausage. Went together in minutes the next day. Not too heavy for breakfast. Served with sweet rolls, hashbrowns and fruit.

Cola Pot Roast I

Made this the day before( because at the last minute we got a chance to go out to dinner!) A while before serving I took out meat and cut up and then put back in the sauce. I had also added some lonely carrots when I chopped other veggies for the sauce. There is no taste of spagetti sauce in the end.I also used spicy tomatoes (like Rotel). Boiled new potatoes and then smashed them with garlic and butter and served meat and gravy over them. My husband was in a swoon. He took it to work the next day for lunch and called me after he ate it to compliment me. In 31 years that has never happened before!

Aussie Chicken

Great dish. Easy to do also. I grilled my chicken breast till browned, used honey mustard instead of making it. After I took out the bacon I stir-fried the mushrooms(2 cups). Dumped that over breasts and topped with jalapeno jack cheese. Served diced avacado on top with a fresh rosemary sprig in the garlic potates.Whoa baby!!!

My family really enjoyed this. Think this is an adult dish. Really tasted great on a cold fall night. Served it with broccoli and french bread. Made ahead in morning and popped it in the oven for 45min. at 300. Served over noodles as suggested.
