Thank you, this is great.! Aside from making patties, I used this to make a loaf by adding egg and a bit of bread crumbs. I made a trench lengthwise in middle of the loaf; and put in an omelet I made using two eggs and the same (not amounts of) ingredients as the sausage. Covered and sealed it with the last of the sausage and baked it in the oven on medium heat until done. Poured off the grease, let it cool, covered it and put it in the fridge. Then sliced it into 'instant sausage and eggs" for breakfast as needed. My family loves it. It's a regular for when time is short. Just pop it in the microwave to heat it up.
