Traditional White Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
OH MY! I haven't made home made bread in years and finally decided it was time to start it up again. This is the first recipe that stood out to me and I knew I had to try it. I didn't have lard on hand so I used butter instead, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. This is such a wonderful recipe and makes the house smell awesome. The Hubby and Kids are LOVING it! Will make again and again. Thanks so much for sharing!

Decorator Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2011
This was an excellent recipe. The flavor was excellent. I made several batches and added different food coloring to each so my kids had a choice which ones to decorate with. We loved the flavor and consistency of the frosting. Will def. use again.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2010
This was terrific! My Hubby and I enjoyed it very much. We ate it atop Texas Toast as a open faced Sandwich. We put it in the slow cooker in the morning before heading out and when we returned it smelled just wonderful. I will make this again and again. I think next time i might try it on top of nachos. I am smiling just thinking about it haha.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
This was so simple to make and VERY good! I didn't have onion on hand so I put in Onion powder instead as well as some Garlic Powder. I also put Chicken Broth instead of water like others have suggested. The hubby kept going back for more! Will def. make again!

Slow-Cooked Country Ribs in Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
This was soooo good! I had to make some changes but not because I felt it needed it. I used Boneless Beef Ribs, added Onion powder instead of an onion, and I had no Ground Mustard or Paprika on hand so I added Cajun Seasoning instead and I gotta tell you, it worked! I also cooked on high for 6 hours, at which point I put the sauce on the stove and stirred in about a Tablespoon of Cornstarch till thickened. We ate with White Rice. Will make again for sure!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2012
These were FANTASTIC! My daughter requested chocolate chip cupcakes for her 10th birthday (Today) and when I came across this recipe I had to show her and she agreed we just had to try it. I made the cookie dough last night and froze it over night. I cooked as recommended a total of 18 minutes and made them with yellow cake mix, they came out PERFECT. The whole family loved them and I can't wait to try these again. This made my daughters birthday extra special. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

Honey Garlic Ribs

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2009
I found this recipe to be very tasty. I did not have Honey, but everything else I added. It was my very first attempt at making Ribs and i wanted something easy. This was definitely Easy. The only thing I have bad to say is the amount of Grease that these Ribs had. Will try baking them on a cookie rack or something next time to have the oil drip off onto the cookie sheet. Way too much Grease, but so darn tasty!

S'mores Crumb Bars

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2009
I made this last night for the first time. Everyone loved it. I did what other reviewers suggested and put all the crust on the bottom. It made for a nice presentation. I personally think it's a bit on the sweet side. I would totally cut down on the sugar next time. Even now as i eat it the next day i personally think it taste sweeter from sitting over night if that's possible. But totally a very easy and quick treat to make.

Becki's Oven Barbecue Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2007
We felt this recipe was just OK. I doubled the recipe for the size party i had and was left with a lot of marinade that was practically watered down. The flavor was ok, it had a very sweet taste. Some liked it, some Didn't.

Best Moist Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2012
it was just ok for me. I had to cut way down on the sugar, milk and butter because honestly, there is just no need for that much of any of it. The chocolate flavor was there, but overall just a basic recipe.
