Cinnamon Belgian Waffles

Ho hum! Not much taste involved and the texture was not very appealing either. Sorry won't be making these again.

Great recipe - very easy and quick. I used all butter just because I am not a fan of the shortening after-taste and it turned out delicious. I split the recipe in half after it was mixed and mixed in about 1/4 c. Trader Joes Org. Choc syrup and the other about 3 Tbs. Raspberry preserves and piped them on our cupcakes. Very yummy and the light mocha and light raspberry colors together made for a pretty presentation.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

I made this to take to a party - my husband and I loved the sample portion we took out for ourselves. Tastes just like the appetizer at out favorite restaurant - delicious and very favorful. My friends however, passed it over at the party and I ended up throwing it all away because it burned in my warmer. Unfortunately it must not be a very pretty dish.

Pumpkin Muffins II

YUMMY!! I used 2 1/2 cups of pureed pumpkin because I had it on hand and didn't want it to go to waste. Very moist and delicious - I got 27 standard muffins and used the streusal topping suggested by another user! A KEEPER!

Sugar Cookies I

Not sure how they tasted because the whole batch of crumbles that I couldn't do anything with got tossed!!!! What a waste of time and ingredients that was!

Valentino's Pizza Crust

Not impressed. Went together easily and rolled out very nicely but the texture was really off. Not soft and doughy like we are used to.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

PEFECTION!! I made these cookies with Organic Peanut Butter and added 1/2 cup additional flour that was recommended by other reviewers and found the best cookie ever! My family can't leave them alone. I was worried about how they would turn out because of the different texture of organic natural peanut butter - but they were just right. This is a keeper recipe!
