Chocolate Zucchini Bread II
Excellent! And relatively healthy. I substituted 1 cup of brown sugar for 1 of the cups of white sugar. I really packed my two-cup measuring cup with the grated zucchini (took exactly two of them), so mine came out nice and moist.

Key Lime Pie VII
It was hard to believe there were so many positive reviews for this recipe, until we tried it. WONDERFUL! Except for squeezing all he little limes, it was very easy to put together. We made our own crust, using another recipe. This definitely is a keeper.

Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and Bell Peppers
This is excellent! I'm sure it is not very good for you, with all the dairy fat. But it sure tastes good! I marinated the chicken in some balsamic vinaigrette first. I only had two smallish peppers from the garden, so added a sliced vidalia onion. Sauteed the onion a couple of minutes on its own before adding peppers. Next time I might try a lighter version of the Alfredo sauce with the peppers and chicken.
