Crescent Pastry Puff

Pretty good, although I think if I had used a different dough like one reviewer did it would have been 5 stars. I think I just get a little tired of the predictable taste of crescent roll dough. I did not find that there were too many apples or too much filling. I also think that I might have made the cheese filling a tad bit sweeter (and I do not like my treats overly sweet). It cooked up beautifully. My co-workers appreciated it. Thanks to all the people who clarified the braiding technique!

Fluffy French Toast

Made this per directions. I felt that so much milk and then flour blandified what I usually love about French toast, the rich flavor of eggs.

Tuna Pizza

With such rave reviews, I was really looking forward to this one. I used a thinner wheat crust and 1 1/2 cans of tuna. I really like tuna, so there was no reason to hold back. This was the only way in which I did not follow the recipe. Unfortunately, my husband and I did not like this pizza. It just needed something more....flavorful (veggies, herbs?). I also thought the cream cheese was very overpowering. Maybe the suggestion to use 1/2 a package of cream cheese was a good one. I will not be making this one again. Sorry.

Cola Chops

I'm giving this five stars for two reasons: it took SO LITTLE time to prepare (great for work-night meal) and my super picky 3 year old couldn't get enough. I will be making this again when I need to use some pork chops.

Chicken Broccoli Supper

Sorry, I was very disappointed in this recipe. I thought it was bland and I followed the recipe exactly. My only thought on this is that there are casserole people and non-casserole people. I did not grow up eating them, but my husband did, so I try to appease him now and then. This is one that both of us did not like.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

I really enjoyed these. I made them exactly the recipe called for, just doubled the sauce. This is the first pork chop I have cooked in a long time that was not overcooked or bland. Yay! I will be making these again and again.

Honeyed Pork Chops

You know, I have the hardest time cooking a good pork chop because it seems they always overcook or all the taste is all on the outside. This was the best pork chop I have had in a long time. I was proud I made them and will definitely make them again. Loved the flavor.
