Ocean Spray® Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2012
I was a dummy and tried to substitute half of the AP flour for wheat flour. I've done this successfully with other cookie recipes but it didn't work with this one.

Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2012
My photo should be photo #5... If you love the taste of raw cookie dough then this recipe is for you. If not, then pass on this. I'm not the biggest fan of cookie dough but in a bite size piece I thought I'd really enjoy it. I didn't.

Pumpkin Ravioli with Hazelnut Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2012
I substituted shells as others recommended. I liked how the hazelnuts softened in the cream.

Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2012
I recommend using a spicier sausage for more flavor. I used 4 plum tomatoes, 12 oz of tortellini and 3 sausage links.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
I mixed the spices as directed and only used two chicken breasts and the spices were just the correct amount. Since my chicken was thin, I only needed to cook it for about 3 minutes each side and cooked it an additional 3 minutes while coating it with the sauce...which was enough sauce with only the two pieces of chicken. Flavorful!

Amish Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2010
This casserole is fantastic. We made it without meat (there was a vegetarian in the group) and subbed cubed potatoes instead of shredded hash. Incredible. Filling without being heavy. Moist. Perfect consistency. It made 8 servings and was just as tasty the next morning after being re-heated. It didn't need anything extra for flavor. I will make this again and again!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2010
Just like the easy Campbell's recipes Mom used to make! I altered the recipe just a bit and I'd make it the same way again...doubled the cheese and mixed all of the ingredients together. Added 2 tsp garlic powder and 1 1/2 tbsp Monterey Chicken spice. I skipped the butter and used whole wheat panko breadcrumbs. Served with brown rice. Fab!

Soccer Ball Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2010
I used the Wilton Ball Pan to bake my cake. It took about 50 mins to bake. I put a buttercream crumb crust on first. I totally overlooked the toothpick trick and used clear gel and the template to put my markings on the cake. I'm sure the toothpicks would've worked better. I only decorated half the cake because the icing was warming up and I was getting worn out! Please ignore the "grass" as I'm missing the correct tip. I've just purchased fondant that I'm going to try out. I think the pattern will turn out better that way.
