Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
I thought this salad was really good. I used cherry tomatoes and bacon bits though. It was so good right after I made it but after leaving it in the refrige overnight, it was dry and I added more milk but it wasn't as flavorful.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs
I made this as stir fry. I made a double recipe of the sauce and added some teriyaki sauce to it too. I used 2 vidalia onions cut into strips, red and yellow peppers cut into ¼ inch strips, yellow squash, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, 2 cans of sliced water chestnuts. I mixed the sauce and added the garlic cloves to it and then added all the veggies to it in a plastic bag. I used 3 large chicken breasts, cut into small pieces, and made another recipe of the sauce with some teriyaki and garlic and put it into a separate bag and added my chicken pieces. I marinated it all for about 3 hrs. I poured most of the sauce from the veggies, but about ¾ of a cup, into a pan and added my veggies. I drained the chicken and discarded the sauce from it and added the chicken to the same pan. It was just delicious. You really can add any veggies that you want. I didn’t have any mushrooms or would have added that too. I made white rice and we put it over the rice. We would have topped it with Chinese noodles but didn’t have a can of them. My husband raved about it and ate it for 2 days

American Potato Salad
I have been making this recipe for years. I use only red potatoes and after cooking them, cool them in the refrige usually the day before. I mix the mayo with a little milk and add salt, pepper, lawrys, paprika and a little garlic salt and a couple squirts of yellow mustard or more. 2 tsp. of salt sounds like way too much. I omit the green peppers and use about 4 stalks of celery, diced and about 1/4 of an onion diced. Sometimes, I put a little sweet pickle relish in it too. When finished, I sprinkle it with paprika.
