Peach Pie
I made this for a gathering this weekend. I used frozen peaches (1bag) and added frozen raspberries (1 bag). The raspberries overpowered the peaches so next time not so many raspberries. Also, next time I will buy 2 bags of frozen peaches so I won't feel cheated out of one of my favorite fruit flavors. With the addition of raspberries, I will add a bit more thickening agent - maybe a tablespoon of cornstarch in with the flour, sugar, butter mixture.

Raisin Sauce for Ham I
This was a great base recipe to start from. I must admit I hardly ever follow a recipe exactly. The changes I made: I used dried cranberries instead of raisins. I left out the salt and sugar entirely. I used a shake of cinnamon along with the cloves. It was sweet and spicy and thick. Wonderful over ham or chicken.

Ramen Coleslaw
I made this tonight. I have made a similar recipe before. I liked this one better. What I did different: I used a small regular onion, slivered almonds and only 3/4 of the seasoning packet. I also omitted the salt. I added about 1/2 tsp garlic powder and about 1/8 tsp five spice powder. I took the recommendation from the reviews and used 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil and 1 Tbsp Olive Oil. My only complaint - not enough dressing. Next time I'll probably double the amount of dressing I make.
