Chicken Noodle Casserole I
My Family really enjoyed this recipe. I did kick up a couple of things. 1st I poached the chicken in chicken stock and seasoned the chicken prior to cooking. When mixing the soups and sour cream together I added fresh garlic, onion powder, fresh cracked pepper, and season salt. This added more complex flavor. Finally I used the Garlic flavored Ritz crackers which really added another layer of flavor to the meal. Overall, it was delicious and the left overs were just as good. Enjoy!
