I love Key Lime Pie and had been searching for a good recipe and I'm so happy I came across this one! It tastes wonderful, it takes a very short time to prepare, and a very short time to cook. Put it in the oven for ten minutes instead of 5-8 as the recipe suggests; it comes out better. Also, I used a bit more lime zest and it gave it that extra tart flavor and cut back on the sweetness of the sweetened condensed milk. If you, like me, prefer lip-puckering goodness, used the peel from two Mexican limes (about 5 key limes) and it'll do the trick!
