AMAZING!! This was the first cheesecake I ever made and I plan on making it again and again. Plus it was also relatively easy to make. Instead of using fresh raspberries, I just used seedless jam, about 6 tablespoons (someone else said this, but I can't find there comment so I thought I'd mention it again because it saved me a lot of time).
