This was not as good as I had hoped. It was lacking in flavor so I added a few extra things and followed the advice of another reviewer and doubled the amount of cheese. It helped but I think it needs more work so I'll probably keep making it so I can get it right.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

I made this for Thanksgiving and my family loved it so much that they're asking me to make another one for Christmas! I used one of the other reviewer's recipe for the crust and it turned out great. Thanks to all the other reviewers because without their tips, I don't think I would have done as well!
