Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff II

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2012
this is so easy and so good, my family loved it! I didn't have bouillon so I used a packet of onion beef soup mix with a can of beef broth, this may help with te saltiness that other reviews spoke of. I also added about 2 cups of chopped fresh button mushrooms. oh and I used a package of stew beef instead of the round steak. A great leftover idea is to serve it over toast.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

love love love this recipe, my daughter and I make these all the time, she is 9 and can pretty much make them by herself!! I like to add a touch more vanilla, maybe about 1/2 tsp more. ANd to make it even a bit more easier we spread the all the batter in the cookie sheet and bake about 20 minutes.

Ragu® Upside-Down Deep Dish Pizza

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
My family really likes this, I tweak it a bit by adding about 1 tsp garlic powder a shake or 2 of italian seasoning to the sauce mixture, I used a garden combination flavor. I also shake in about 1/4 cup of parmesean cheese with the mozzerella. Oh and I use 2 packages of broccolii so they get some extra 'good for you' veggies:) I use a regular pizza dough from my grocery store deli and use the extra dough to make bread sticks

Apple Crisp III

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2010
it's all about the easy with me, and this was very easy, I doubled the recipe, and used fresh macintosh apples. Living in Maine and being the height of apple season I couldn't resist using some fresh apple cider along with the water.
