scrumptious. we really enjoyed this meal. as recommended i browned all the meat & left the tidbits in the pan & made my gravy on top. this was a great idea & tasted wonderful. fresh parsley added a little taste of freshness. my husband asked me to have a partridge feed with this recipe. its that good. thanks for sharing.

WOW. these are delicious. the "almond" makes the cookie. i am using these for a cookie exchange & very excited on how they turned out. so scrumptious. Also, i used huckleberry jam & OHHH so tasty. followed the recipe but next time will use 1/4 more flour to keep the cookie from cracking.

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
FANTASTIC!!!!!!! This recipe is simple. The ingredients are inexpensive & easy to come by. I used 2 parts ketchup to 1 part bbq sauce as suggested in other reviews. Also, mine simmered for an 1.5 hour because my husband was late getting home from work. WOW. The aroma that filled the house was mouth watering. Thank you for the your wonderful recipe.

Bread and Butter Pickles II

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
thank you for a GREAT recipe. a fool can make this. i used white vinegar because its what i had. i soaked the cucumbers as suggested (thank you) & add the salt a couple hours into soaking, because i forget. also i did not have all the spices, so i used last years "pickling spice" & it worked fine. i used bell peppers, jalapeno pepper & my walla walla onions i grew. i will use this recipe again next year & try to follow it more precise. thank you for a great recipe
