Bok Choy Salad
You have to have a taste for bok choy as the leaves are more bitter than regular lettuce, hence using a sweet dressing, balances it out for a tasty, healthy side dish. I added mangarine oranges as well. I used less chow mein noodles so it wasn't so fattening, but added just enough crunch. Great cool salad for hot evening bbq's.

Green Beans and Potatoes
Just average. I would recommend adding the beans until potatoes are 1/2 way cooked...ended up looking like goulash. Needed more flavor, but considering it's a low cal side dish, was just okay and very easy to make.

Orange Fluff I
This receipe is the bomb, quick and easy! Great to make the evening prior to an event...doesn't take but 10 minutes to make! The Cottage Cheese give it a unique texture. Even my kids love it and they don't like cottage cheese...great way to hide it!
