Roasted Vegetable and Kale Soup

Of course I changed the recipe a bit. Less evoo, no beans or chick peas (forgot to buy them) but it was AAmaZing!!! Try it!!! Super healthy. My editions are: peal the skin off the butternut squash before cooking and do not include the stems in the kale. Trim the leaves off first. Great recipe. Easy. I feed 30 people at my house once a month and this is my favorite recipe so far!!!!

Edamame Dip (Edamole)

Thanks for the recipe! It was my first one. I cooked the edamame a little, used a jalapeno instead of chipotle (it's the same pepper-i think). Added lots of Greek yogurt instead of oil. It was very smooth and wonderful! Also added little margarum. Yum!

Princess Cookies

Yummo! I used orange juice/zest because I didn't have lemon and these were amazing. My daughter calls them Annabelle cookies instead of Princess cookies. Thank you for sharing!

The Best Meatballs

I used beef, ground turkey and pork. (the grocery store was out of veal) If you use turkey you don't need as much water. It was really yummy, I added diced onion and baked like the other reviews suggested. Spray the foil if you do this as well or they meatballs stick. Happy eating!

Chocolate Press Cookies

The dough was too dry so I took the advice of others and added 4 tsp of milk. Now the dough won't come out of the press. It tastes good but doesn't look good. I just rolled them into balls and then rolled some out and let my kids cut cookies into them. :( Boo I was looking forward to this.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Yum!!!! I only had butter, flour, milk, parm, chicken stock and nutmeg but it was really really good. I used very little parm cheese, just until thickened. I will be making this again! (as soon as I work this meal off!)

Gramma Bertha's Banana Cake

Oh my goodness! I made this for my kids but I don't think I will share!!! I subbed Greek Yogurt for Sour Cream (you can do this with any recipe and you cannot tell the difference! Sooo much healthier) I also added walnuts and baked in 2 loaf pans for 1 hr. You have to try it!

Baked Potato Soup

Yum! add in cheese, sour cream, whatever sounds good to you. I use 6 boiled potatoes, instead of what it calls for. LOVE it!!!

Bread Machine Challah II

This was so easy to make and while I was intimidated by the braiding process, I have to say, the bread looks and smells amazing! So the next day I reheated the bread and I had soooo many compliments on it!!! Yum!!!

Petits Fours

I think the recipe should call for beating the egg whites separately and then folding it in. That would make the texture better. The cake itself had large holes and not good for petit four icing (you could see the holes). It also tasted like eggs. Don't try this!!!
