ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! This is my new favorite prawn recipe! We only marinated them for about an hour (because we were getting hungry) but the taste was still amazing! I also used this marinade for some veggie kebabs using cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and cauliflower... I grilled them for a bit longer than the prawns and had the veggies wrapped in foil. Spectacular! I can't wait to make again!

Pizza Dough I

Love it, so easy! I just throw everything in my bread maker so no mess! I add about 2 tablespoons of mixed herbs. I let it rise then pound down and spread on sheet. Then let rise again and push down right before pre-baking for about 5 min. Perfect! Better than any pizza place around us!

Simple Grilled Lamb Chops

I used this recipe for my first time making lamb and wow, it was wonderful! I've made it probably 5 times since then and every time has been great! I always add more onions then grill them in a foil pan like another user suggested. Excellent topping! Permanent dinner in my kitchen!
