Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2010
So refreshing, and just the right mix of tart versus sweet. Delicious! Quick and easy too!

Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2012
The only thing I changed was the choc chips - used dark rather than semi sweet. These cookies were perfect. Delicious and just the right texture!

Radish Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2010
Wow! Five stars for ease and taste! Used minced garlic from a jar so I processed four teaspoons with the radishes and then added the cream cheese. The dip itself is really creamy with a nice radishy taste. This is brilliant with fresh celery sticks.

Lime-Aid

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2010
Wow. Drinking this now and am in heaven. I am a low carber, so used diet lime cordial and smirnoff vodka. Added extra lime juice and blended til it was nice and "slushy". So good, and pretty "healthy" too! ** Just added two strawberries to the mix - brilliant!

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
Just made this for Dad for Father's Day and he loved it! I followed Mariezee's tips for using a 1100 watt microwave and it came out beautifully. For those in Australia who, like me, cant find corn syrup, I used glucose syrup, which worked fine.

This made a simple garden salad taste brilliant! I used Kraft Miracle Whip and Mild American Mustard and it was creamy and delicious. Would taste great with chicken wings.

Cherry Tomato Corn Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
This was great, so tasty and simple. Used frozen supersweet corn (which kept the salad nice and cold and so quick to prepare right before dinner) and paired with Marinated Baked Pork Chops from this site.

Szechwan Shrimp

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
This was great, not too spicy, not too sweet. Definitely double the sauce if you are having rice or vegies with it. I cooked a frozen mix of stirfry vegies, and the sauce tasted great with it!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2010
Wow. This was fantastic! I noticed a lot of reviewers reduced the amount of sauce but we kept it the same as instructed and poured it over beans, carrots and cauliflower, which tasted awesome. I had fairly large shrimp, and they were perfect after 10 minutes.

Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2010
This was delicious! Just the right amount of garlic, ginger and soy sauce for us. Only thing I changed was using snow peas instead of sugar snap, and added green pepper as well. Will definitely make this again.

Chocolate Covered Marshmallows

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2010
I just made this for my fiance to take to work, and he adored them. We used cooking chocolate instead of chips, and I covered them with coloured sprinkles, like other reviewers have. The best thing about these is that you can experiment with toppings! Would be great for kids, or a romantic occasion.

Robbi's M&M Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2010
These were delicious! Everyone loved them. Used butter instead of shortening, as I couldn't find shortening here in Australia. Thanks Robbi!

Ginger Beef Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2010
Wow! Nice mix of flavours here, spicy and gingery and tasted really fresh and healthy. Followed the recipe to a T, except we subbed ginger in a jar for the fresh stuff. I'd like to marinate the meat first next time.

Glazed Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
Absolutely delicious! I marinated these for six hours and my fiance declared these the best ever - and proceeded to eat some of mine! I didn't add any other seasonings, and after trying them, glad I didn't - they tasted fine on their own.

Colored Sugar

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
This was brilliant, and fun as well! I used a milkshake shaker to mix the ingredients - which is so handy as it only pours out of a little hole, rather than a jar. Made aqua and purple, and plan to sprinkle over doughnuts and icecream!

Oh my, this was sweet and delicious! Followed the recipe as is, except I used the microwave to melt the ingredients. Kraft crunchy peanut butter has never tasted so good!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2010
My fiance and I really enjoyed this. It might take a couple of hours, but there isn't a lot of work involved. I followed the recipe as is, only subbing mozzarella cheese for the parm as we prefer it. Definitely will make this again!
