Ground Beef Stroganoff

I really enjoyed this recipe. I did make a couple of changes due to what I had on hand and personal preference. I used plain Greek yogurt in place of the sour cream and I doubled up on the dry mustard and garlic powder. Next time, and yes there will be many next times, I will use fresh mushrooms and brown them with the meat for even better flavor. Thanks. This is a keeper.

Poached Salmon II

Loved this recipe. The words 'simple, moist and delicious' caught my eye and I thought, why not, and that it was. Next time and there definitely will be a next time, I will try white wine instead of the lemon juice. Two thumbs up for this recipe. Thanks to Lee for submitting it.

Dill Vinaigrette

I didn't read the reviews until AFTER I made the dressing, so I used the full amount of sugar. I didn't find it too sweet, but I did use "heaping" 1/8 tsp of the dry mustard, garlic and onion powder so maybe that compensated for it. Nice to find a recipe with ingredients that I always have on hand. A+ in my books.

Salisbury Steak

This is a very tasty dish and definitely a keeper. I used beef broth instead of the French onion soup as that was what I had on hand. After I removed the cooked burgers and drained the fat, I heated the sauce in the pan until it started to thicken, then I added the hamburgers back and simmered, occasionally turning the burgers. Mushrooms would be a nice addition. Next time. Thanks Kelly for sharing this delicious recipe.

Herbed Chicken Pasta

Flavor only begins to describe this wonderful dish. Tasty, colorful, easy to prepare. I used canned tomatoes with liquid, (next time I'll reserve the liquid and add as needed), but this did not take away from the flavor. Second helpings for this family. This is A-one in my book.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Delicious. Chicken is moist and the tangy sauce tastes great with white rice. I added garlic and used a honey spice mustard. A quick and easy way to impress your dinner guests.

Easy Pork Chop Casserole

Fabulous. Pork chops were moist and tender. I added garlic powder to the soup mixture and served with noodles. Fresh mushrooms would be very nice to. A must-have recipe.
