If you follow this recipe exactly, your cheesecake will be perfect! I have made this 5 times in the past few weeks and they have all been flawless. I used a water bath with all of them, and none cracked. I recommend leaving the cheesecake in the oven for the full 6 hours after cooking, then place it in the freezer for an hour or 2; it really helps when it's time to remove it from the pan. I have received so many compliments on how tasty the cake is, and I have never attempted a cheesecake before :)
