This was absolutely delicious. It really tasted like it came from a Chinese restaurant. I did, however, tweak it quite a bit, as follows: First of all, instead of just snow peas, I added red bell pepper and broccoli florets -- which I cooked first. When they were done
to my desired tenderness, I pushed them to the back of the pan and added the beef. ALSO, to the liquid mixture, I added about a TBS of toasted sesame oil (a must for flavor!). And then, towards the end, I added a few red pepper flakes, and served over brown rice. I agree with others: make at least triple the sauce. Can't wait to eat this again!
