ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS made exactly as the orig. recipe! The meatloaf ever had in my life, I dont eat red meat, so used italian med sausage, even better! If possible!!

Firecracker Scallops

OMG the best yet. For those who said it was to salty the way to change that is use unsalted butter and fresh minced garlic. If they were not so expensive in my neck of the woods would make them every night!! I used huge scallops and quartered them but at 20 bucks a pound only used a half pond:-)

I agree 100% with Lauren Garges "sweating" the cukes for one hour before making salad and I did not cook the pickling sauce as well, turned out super! Thanks for the receipe JSchmand.

for folks who think a recipe makes to much there is a option you know to change the amt to feed.? It is at the top of the recipe and you change it from 8 to four services and it automatically changes the portions used.

Spicy Garlic Salmon

Served this last night for a friend and I thought he was going to eat the plate!! Wonderful salmon, moist, spicy and restaurant quality. Served with steamed rice and fresh peas! YUMMM

Beef Stew VI

Wonderful, I added herbs de provinance to the meat while browning and used a few tablespoons of Worchershire sauce but other than that stuck to the recipe and I think it was better than my Mom use to make!!
