Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

I was not prepared for the salt attack,but a few changes and it was rescued. I ster fried the meat with onions, red peppers,a touch of garlic corn and served on warmed flour tortillas. Loved it.

Quick Baby Back Ribs

Tried for 1st time yesterday, ribs done in just under 3 Hrs, also added 1/2 cup of Jack Daniewls whiskey and 1/4 cup honey marinadesince I could not find Brown sugar

Cube Steak Parmesan

I love Italian, and love fresh herbs and spices and extra cheese especially Parmesan, provolone, and Swiss, a crazy combination, but to each his own. Try it you'll like!!!

Salsa Cube Steaks

Easy Cucumber Salad

L oved it just the way I made it, pleasure increased each day that passed, just kept adding onion and cucumber after each meal. Which lasted for 3 days.

Followed the menu to a T, wife and I loved it, but next time I'll cut recipe in half, and increase cooking time by 1 or 2 min. wife loves, al-dente and raw veggies', I prefer cooked but not mushy.

Chicken Marmalade

Divided onions by one 1/2 good but not crazy about original recipes' requirement of onion. Also would suggest adding orange zest and OJ to recipe after frying chicken. Frank ddyfish Lane
