Excellent, excellent pot pie! Hearty and wholesome. Easy enough to make, though a little time-consuming. To cut down on time, I would recommend dirtying two pans - get the gravy thickening while the chicken and veggies boil.
We added garlic powder to both the chicken mixture and the gravy (about 1.5 tsp) and added 1/2 cup frozen corn - just because we had some on hand that we wanted to use up.
This reheats really well. On refrigeration, the filling sets pretty firm. This would be a great recipe to make in individual-size servings for freezing.
