Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Wow, this was seriously fantastic! I splashed a little extra lemon juice on the tops of the fillets just before adding the mixture so that it spread easier. It's probably the best way I've ever had fish! We made it lower sodium with unsalted butter and celery seed instead of salt. Will definitely be in our usual rotation.

The Best Steamed Asparagus

The flavor of the asparagus was PERFECT. We did these in the Ziploc Zip 'n Steam bags for 3 minutes as the bag directed and just put the wine and butter in the bag with the fresh asparagus. Perfect texture and absolutely delicious.
