Here is another addition to my recipe wonderment that I'm slowly trying to build. I'm going to call the Steak House Turkey Burger. It is sweet, smoky, and all together tasty. You have lots of choices to do with what you put onto them but I will leave it as I fixed them and you can experiment… MORE

Let's see...I'm a big guy with a big appetite. I have a taste for about anything that the food world can throw on me and I love to eat and cook great food. I've recently started writing about my food and its just something that I am very passionate about. I am 31 years old, married to a great wife, and have a son named Hayden, who is the most precious person in my life.
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking roasts and southern fusion food. It is something that I'm very good at and everyone that has ever tasted anything that I've cooked has loved my food as well. My wife and I are very inventive with making burgers and just good old style southern food with a flare.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't really know about cooking traditions other than munching down on southern classics and putting new spins on them.
My cooking triumphs
The pork roast in white wine mushroom sauce and pulled oven smoked pork in cherry cola bbq sauce are my biggest achievements so far.
My cooking tragedies
made a sausage ball sauce one time that tasted like someones shoe. Just a bad combination of flavors.
