Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I love this recipe, I have made it so many times and it is always excellent. I use bread crumbs instead of crackers and soak them in the milk first and then add them to the mixed meat. This makes your meat loaf moist. I do not put the sauce on the bottom, instead I put about 3 tablespoons of it in the meat and mix it around. The rest I spoon on the top of my meat loafs for the last 15 minutes of cooking. like other reviewers I used a large muffin tin to make individual loafs. 350 for 30 mins and then put the sauce on top and cooked for another 10 to 15 min. Delicious every time.
