I have used the Shawnee(Oklahoma)Brand pancake mix for years and it was very good. Something changed with their mix, because now they are very heavy pancakes. Wal-Mart brand not any better. Gave this recipe a try this morning. The wife and I both liked them. Back to Fluffy pancakes in Moore, OK.
