10 Pound Cheesecake

This was my first cheesecake. Super simple and came out perfect. I read many of the reviews which is always a good idea. There were 2 things that I made sure I did. #1 made sure the cream cheese was room temp and #2 added another 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs. I did not put my fruit topping on until I served. My favorite is the Blueberry topping which I also found on All Recipes. If you are going to make the blueberry topping make it a day ahead of time. its much better the next day. ENJOY!!

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

Wow, thought this was too good to be true. I used a smoked pork shoulder, didnt change a thing and the gravy was perfect. Mashed potatoes a must have to take full advantage of the gravy. This will be a regular meal in our home.
