My favorite things to cook
I love cooking Chili. It's my specialty. I also have recently become addicted to Japanese Fried Chicken after having it at a girlfriend's house several months ago. Chicken Parm and Ribs are also meals I cook well. I would love to learn how to make Chicken Marsala.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mother's side of the family is Southern, so Fried Chicken, Mac & Cheese, Yellow Turnips, Collard Greens, Sweet Potato Pie, and Black Eyed Peas are all family favorites.

Finding an efficient and fast way to cut Collard Greens.
My cooking tragedies
Making double dipped Fried Chicken in a too small deep fryer. Oy!
