Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
eh. i ground up the oatmeal in the blender first and used regular 1% instead of soy. i had really sweet strawberries and the results tasted like ice, even with the added vanilla (didnt add sugar). waste of my gorgeous sweet strawberries. i'd rather eat them plain. will not make again. the color of the smoothie was pretty though

Egg Drop Soup (Better than Restaurant Quality!)
Great recipe! i doubled it and accidently read it as THREE tsps of soy sauce and three 1/4 tsps of sesame oil and it still tasted great! didnt add food coloring - its not necessary and used green onions instead of chives. i omit the ground white pepper and instead let the people put it into the serving bowls separately - ppl have different levels of spiciness ;] will make again. very easy, delicious, and comforting

Chicken Pot Pie III
I decided to try this recipe for my high school speech team potluck after eating an amazing version of chicken pot pie at Mel's Drive In, and i am happy to say that most of this dish disappeared quickly (although it may have been part of the fact that it was the only hot dish there. What can i say - high school students+potluck = not Iron Chef). I used one can each of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom, can of corn and cut up green beans, and that red box of pie crust. It was pretty good and easy, looked like it took a long time and pretty delicious. I would not make this again for my family, but if there was another potluck, sure, because its fairly cheap and looks like it took a lot more effort than it really did :] If i would make this again I would add more salt to the chicken mix.
