About Me
Super busy working mom with a kid in high school and one in elementary. I used to love to cook only when I had time. Now I love finding meals that are quick and good that also feed my creative side.
My favorite things to cook
Anything my kids love.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Prime rib and Yorkshire pudding for Christmas.
My cooking triumphs
The first time I cooked Prime Rib and Yorkshire Pudding for my entire family when my dad was too ill to cook it himself. Very scary since it was a huge family tradition and I didn't want to let them down.
My cooking tragedies
We had just moved back home to be near family. I invited the entire family for Thanksgiving dinner. Our oven went out. Try cooking an authentic Thanksgiving dinner on top of the stove...it was definitely an unforgetable meal.
