Omelet in a Bag

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2013
My bag melted, the eggs were rubbery and tasted like plastic. Disaster of a recipe all around. I'll stick to real omelets, thanks.

Pizza On The Grill I

Reviewed: May 19, 2012
That was excellent!! I used my own toppings and divided the dough into 4 so we could all have our own individual pizzas. I was worried about making one too big my first time out. But YUM! Best pizza ever!

Jif® Peanut Butter Blossoms

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2011
I make these every year. This year I used butter instead of shortening and reduced the cooking time ti 8 minutes. Great recipe either way!

All Day Apple Butter

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2011
That was great! I used Jonagold apples because that is what I had at home, and wow was that good. I cooked it all night and blended it with a hand blender to get a smoother texture at the end. The whole house loves it!

Great recipe! Made this tonight for the family and it was a huge hit! The only thing I did different was add a couple slices of avocado to the top as a garnish!

White Chocolate Macadamia Cranberry Dreams

Reviewed: May 8, 2011
What a great cookie recipe!! Made as directed and loved it! I did use white bakers chocolate and cut it up it because I don't like the white chips, they are all oil and no cocoa butter. But that was not really a variation of the recipe, just preference!!

A Simply Perfect Roast Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
This is the way I make Turkey every year. I always get rave reviews. I want my turkey to taste like turkey and not all the stuff they have been telling you to put on them on the cooking shows.

Excellent. A big hit in my house! I did add diced zucchini while frying up the chicken for the last couple minutes. This recipe is a keeper!

Broccoli Chicken Roli

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2010
I made these for dinner tonight. They were yummy. I did modify the recipe a little. I used 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 mayo. I added some bacon bits and used Puff pastry instead of the crescent rolls. Yummy!

Spooky Halloween Eyeballs

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2010
These are so much fun to make. We make Buckeyes for X-mas, but these are the best for Halloween!! I used white almond bark to dip them in and it set up nice and firm. I also added 1 cup of rice krispies just to give them that extra something. I bet this will be a family tradition from now on. Thanx for this one!
